BOOKING
- DEPOSITS - CANCELLATIONS:
To confirm a booking we require a non-refundable
deposit.
We reserve the right to request payment of a deposit
at any time.
Should the customer fail to pay such deposit within
seven days of being requested to do so,
we may treat the booking as having been cancelled
by the customer.
If we do not receive the deposit at least thirty
days prior to the date of the booking we reserve
the right to cancel the booking and re-let the
accommodation.
A booking within thirty days requires an immediate
deposit of 50%.
Cancellation of a confirmed booking will only
be accepted in writing from the client who confirmed
the original booking.
All deposits are non refundable and non transferable.
1. Where a confirmed booking is cancelled with
30 days clear notice there is a 25% charge
a full refund of
any deposit will be made if we are able to relet
the room..
2. If less than 30 days notice is given there
is a 50% charge a full refund of any deposit will
be made if we are able to relet the room..
3. Where 1 & 2 above do not apply either your
deposit will be forfeited or your card will be
charged. Your liability will be two thirds of
the full room rate.
Room rate is fully inclusive of room, breakfast
(7:30 to 9:30) and VAT at 17.5%.
Any change to the rate of VAT will be reflected
in the actual price charged at the time.
Check in time is FROM 2:00pm
The tariff does not apply on New Years Day, Valentines
day and weekend, Easter, Christmas Day, Boxing
Day and New Years Eve. Special rates and conditions
apply on those days.

We reserve the right to amend our rates without
notice, however, bookings will always be
honoured at the price that applied at the time
of booking.
