The
accomodation is of exceptionally high quality.
The
location is superb with beautiful views
of open countryside.
Very good on-site parking. Excellent breakfast.

The
accomodation was of an excellent standard
throughout.
It
was the little touches, the wine, home made
chocolates, fruit, the robes, etc.
that made the hotel that bit more special.
The decor was extremely luxurious and the
room that we stayed in, the Brookside, was
particulary beautiful!!!!
We were drawn to the hotel for its pool and
jacuzzi which were both fantastic.
The whole experience far exceeded our expectations!
We shall be recommending this hotel to our
friends and family.
Thank you for the warm welcome and the relaxed
atmosphere that was created
We hope to visit again next year.

We
would certainly recommend this accomadation
Having
stayed at Mardon House for one night we
would certainly recommend this accommodation.
As a hard working couple with teenage children
we decided we deserved a break and chose
the sumptuous Chesterfield room to stay
in. After we had been welcomed by the hosts,
Linda and Howard, they showed
us to our room and the pool and jacuzzi
area. The room was fabulous with four poster,
jacuzzi bath and on-suite multi jet shower,
freeview TV, coffee machine and superb furnishings
throughout. The highlight though had to
be the excellent breakfast served in the
dining room which overlooks open countryside.
Everything provided was the finest quality,
locally produced food with as much as you
could eat. We felt
relaxed and recharged after only one night
and would certainly return.

My
Wife and I thought the accomadation was
excellent
The
attention to detail, view at breakfast,
the quality of the room and furnishings
I would have liked to know why dinner is
not offered at the accommodation.
The setting of the property was idyllic
particularly the views of the country
from the garden and from the breakfast room.
Both Howard and Linda could not do enough
for us during our stay.
Although the experience was expensive it
was well worth it for a special occasion.
The location is not only attractive but
situated close to many visitor attractions
such as Chatsworth House. Thoroughly recommended!

Nothing
to dislike.
Friendliness
and helpfulness of our hosts, high standard
of decor, views,
comfortable bed, fresh milk in room, fruit
and chocolates provided, decent wine in
room...
It is a shame that they don't do evening
meals because I'm sure they would be excellent.

I could not
fault anything
We
were made to feel very comfortable and thoroughly
enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going
back.

The four poster bed was a pleasure
Having arrived later then expected Howard and Linda
couldn't do enough to help us settle in for the
afternoon. We were left to swim in the fantastic
heated pool and shrivel like prunes in the gloriously
heated jacuzzi. The room had soft carpet to walk on
accompanied by a fantastic bottle of complimentary red
wine and fresh coffee on arrival.
We spend a great evening in the local pub before
returning to spend time in our own, fantastic, jacuzzi
bath for two. The four poster bed was a pleasure to
wake up in and then there was the added bonus of a
fully cooked breakfast and power shower to
endure before returning home to the real world.
If your after a little special treat or simply some
time away from it all, then let yourself slip into the
laps of luxury at Mardon House, it's the only place
you need to go.
