Welcome to Mardon house where you can enjoy a luxury break in the beautiful Derbyshire Peak district. Treat yourself to a day or two away and maybe a massage or other relaxing treatment. See our treatments page.

On arrival at Mardon House you will be greeted with a warm and friendly welcome in our tranquil
well-appointed accommodation. Our rooms have all been recently refurbished to a high standard,
(look at our Accommodation section for more details). Silver award winning, five star, spacious elegant rooms.

There are comfortable chairs around the swimming pool for you to relax and enjoy the spa surroundings.
The inviting warm swimming pool with built in jet machine and hot tub, are for private use of the guests.

There are several patio areas for guests to sit or have drinks, with views over open fields, for the perfect tranquil setting away from the world.

All rooms are on the ground floor.
In your room you will find beautiful en-suite bathrooms with luxury fluffy towels and bathrobes.

For a special occasion or just to treat yourself, ask about our romantic four-poster room with a double
whirlpool bath. This room is totally seperate and feels like your own apartment.

Many couples visit us to celebrate an anniversary or birthday.

 

A hearty Derbyshire breakfast using local produce is served in our dining room leaving
you ready to explore the many delights of Derbyshire, (see our Local Area section for
further details). After a long day exploring what could be better than to come back to
Mardon house and relax in the indoor swimming pool with six seater hot tub.

We are close to the historic market town of Chesterfield and on the edge of the Peak District.
The busy town boasts many attractions and you can benefit from the peace and quiet which we
have to offer.There are many pubs and restaurants in and around Chesterfield which we can advise you on and book for you if you wish.
There are two local pubs just a few minutes from Mardon House.

We are close to Chatsworth House, Hardwick Hall and many other attractions.
